Who We Are

Tanmay Annachhatre Managing Partner

Tanmay brings over a decade of experience across the private markets ecosystem, having worked on the limited partner, general partner, and advisor side of the table, with more than $500 million in transactions executed.

Previously, he advised institutional investors on private equity portfolios at Cambridge Associates and held investment roles at British International Investment (formerly CDC Group), Santander, and Blue Horizon, where he focused on venture, growth, buyout, and secondary transactions.

Tanmay holds an MBA from London Business School and is fluent in English, French, Hindi, and Marathi.

Janna brings has over a decade of experience across private markets, combining a background in corporate finance, fundraising, and investment management, with $1 billion in capital raised from family offices and institutional investors.

Previously, she worked in transaction advisory at Ernst & Young before spending ten years helping scale sector-focused investment firms including DTCP, Blue Horizon, and Golding Capital Partners. Across these roles, she led fundraising initiatives, built long-term investor relationships, and supported capital formation.

Janna holds an MSc from HEC Paris and is fluent in German, English, and French.
